JacksonWard Film

The other day I caught the Wizard of Oz on the television and decided to watch it, as I hadn’t seen it for a good 10 years! It instantly reminded me of childhood and I remember all the characters quite vividly. My impression of the film has always been of a very dark, sinister message that looks into the dreams and fears of people and what can happen if you think about things too much. I’m not a massive fan of the film but the story is of fantasy, heartbreak and disaster, along with triumph and overcoming evil. All in all a decent film, eerie but interesting enough.
